María Campaña Ramia

María Campaña Ramia was born in Quito, Ecuador. She has a B.A. in Visual Communications from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, a B.A. in Film from the Université Paul Valéry in Montpellier, France, and an M.A. in Documentary Filmmaking from the Université Marc Bloch in Strasbourg, France. She worked for two years as a film critic and editor of the film page in the Ecuadorian newspaper HOY, and she is the director of the short documentary Mi abuelo, mi héroe.
